Andrew Kim: Sophomore Class President

Hey Titans! My name is Andrew Kim and I am running for Sophomore Class President. I would love to represent our class and I promise to make it a memorable year. Throughout the past few years, I have had a few leadership experiences. My first opportunity appeared when I was chosen as a representative for my sixth grade class. This experience taught me how to hold meetings and how to improve the school environment. In eighth grade, I started to realize how much I could change the perspective of school and enrolled in the leadership class. I learned to organize dances, publicize events, and instruct big groups of people. Although I was just having fun, these experiences taught me to be comfortable around other people and myself. To make our Sophomore year as memorable as possible, I would love to introduce more sophomore class events to bring us closer together throughout the year. We could have weekly sporting events for sophomores such as basketball games, table tennis, or soccer to build stronger relationships with one another. I will make homecoming exciting for everyone and will be open to all ideas to make sure we have an amazing homecoming week. I would also love to hold a potluck where we could bring our favorite foods and relax from schoolwork, while meeting new people and trying
different cuisines. Most importantly, I will listen to everything our class desires and will try my hardest to make your ideas a reality.
