Hello, rising juniors! Ready to be upperclassmen? Well if you are, then I bring to you the familiar face of Dante Chung, running yet again to be your Vice President! Alright, time to get started. So why DO I desperately want to lead this class? Most of us know this ain’t my first rodeo in the elections process, so lemme fire off some “concepts of a plan” for:
1. Spirit & Events – We were wild in this year’s Hoco, but we still weren’t spirited enough for us to take the silver medal. Next year, we’re getting gold, and that all starts with spirit. With me, pretty much molded from birth to be this class’s official hype man, I’ll break my back to make sure we win no matter what.
2. Student Voice & Direct Participation – I want YOUR voices to be prioritized by SEC. I want all of your voices and ideas put on the meeting minutes (that I’m pretty sure none of you know are actually posted on the SEC website), and I’ll do everything in my power to make sure those minutes are shoved in all of your faces. You all deserve to know what SEC does, and what you will do to participate in it. If it means going full on Oracle and begging you on my hands and knees to look at the SEC minutes and have you give feedback, so be it.
3. Upperclassmen & Responsibility – I won’t deny that we’re no longer those same naïve freshmen who still had to get used to actually carrying around their phones and backpacks with them, I’ve seen us all grow beyond that, and to be cornily honest, I’m a little proud *sheds tear and salutes while eagle flies in background.* But next year, our future buddy class of 2029 will be, and it’s our responsibility to show them the way. While there can only be so many Titan Ambassadors, we need to show them that they can find a role model in any one of us. By whatever means necessary I will make you all show the best and most unique aspects of this class.
Since I know you all don’t have the patience to read a wall of text for *vomits* politics, of all things, I’ll conclude us here. You can count on Dante to get all of these things done, after all, hold on wait for it… All Change Starts with Chung. *Ding!* And this time UNDER the time limit.

Hey Sophomores!! I’m Sara Su and I am running AGAIN to YOUR Junior vice president! As someone who has had the privilege of serving as Class Vice President for the past two years, I’ve learned that leadership is not about holding a title; it’s about stepping up, listening with intention, and creating meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve worked to make our class more spirited and involved. I’ve organized class bonding events to bring us closer together, led Homecoming Airbands, co-led float building, strategized for HOCO games, and helped run Class Council meetings to make sure your voices are heard. Last year, I talked about the 3 C’s; community, commitment, and communication. Since then, I would like to add 2 more to the list; connection and consistency. As your Junior Vice President, I want to focus on building quality connections. Connection goes beyond just knowing the people around you. It’s also about creating a sense of belonging and trust with each other where everyone can feel valued and supported. Our class is strongest when we’re connected, and I will continue creating opportunities for us to connect with each other. The last C, consistency stands for what I will do if elected. Whether it’s organizing events, spirit weeks, or simply being available to hear and implement classmates’ ideas and concerns, I will prove day after day that I will be here for you. Junior year is a huge milestone, and I want to make sure we go into it with high spirit and our class stronger than ever. Whether it’s planning unforgettable events, or making sure your voices are represented, I’m ready to put in the work. Vote Sara Su, the right one for you!
