The Gunn Girl’s volleyball team is back better than ever for their new season. After winning the lower league last year, they will be playing in the highest league and will face off against Paly. “We are super excited for the season. It is going to be an exciting chance to prove ourselves,” junior Lauren Griffin said. The team lost many seniors last year, but have a strong, young team. “We really miss our seniors, but I think this new team is going to do a great job,” Griffin said. They are currently 6-5 with their most recent win over Aptos High School.  Their next game will be against Menlo on September 16 at 6:45pm at the Menlo School.
