Joshua Kim: Dance Commissioner

Hey Titans! Fun, exciting, memorable are all words that I could use to describe the dances at Gunn which I have had the privilege of enjoying for the past two years. Despite that, I am a firm believer that everything can be improved and my skill set would be able to do just that. My name is Joshua Kim and I am a rising senior running to be your Dance Commissioner. For the past couple of years, I have worked diligently to plan special events and gatherings for various organizations outside of school. Through this experience, I have not only been able to gain an understanding of event planning but a realization of the importance of flexibility. As your dance commissioner, I will work to bring this skillset to SEC and make sure every dance event is the most enjoyable experience possible. No matter the event, I believe that inclusivity is the most important. This means working to lower the price of prom tickets and making sure dances have fun games, tasty food, and most importantly, good music.
